This is the first domestically produced sterilized glass vial (nest packaging) with all manufacturing processes conducted in Japan.

In order to achieve the compactification of the formulation manufacturing line and cost reduction, we have developed TasPack-TD® in collaboration with Daisei Chemical Co., Ltd. This product undergoes washing with Water for Injection (WFI), depyrogenation treatment, and EOG (ethylene oxide gas) sterilization at Daisei Chemical Co., Ltd. after bottle molding at our company. Since all manufacturing processes are conducted domestically in Japan, it is less susceptible to the impacts of international situations, ensuring stable supply and significantly reduced lead times. 【Features】 ■ RTU (Ready To Use) specification allows for immediate filling ■ Sterilization guarantee of containers (SAL=10⁻⁶) reduces the burden of quality operations ■ All vials are low-alkali and comply with three pharmacopoeias (USP, EP, JP), among others *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
